FAQ
I saved the ZIP folder on my PC but the app is not starting
Please be sure not to start the app in the the ZIP folder. After download unpack the ZIP folder by right-clicking on it and selecting 'Extract all…'. You can then double-click the file in the unpacked folder, like any other program that you use. You only have to download the app once. After this, the app automatically updates itself.
I unpacked the ZIP folder but the app is still not starting
The IT policy of your organisation may prevent the app start. Please get in touch with your IT.
Why is there an "Application" folder with another app (EXE)
That is the actual app but it is started and updated by the “Launcher” app so you never have to - or should - start it manually. So always be sure to just start the launcher and let it do all updating so you always will have the newest app version.
Why are some buttons or other user interface elements missing?
The app allows to activate/deactivate single interface elements to keep the look simple or for example to prevent users from opening weblinks at events. Go to Settings/User Interface to manage the configurable user interface.
